@Artemix I agree. Fast and efficient enough for prototypes. My fav is flask. Heroku even supports flask server deployment. And recently, flask-ask, modified flask server to process alexa skill kits is introduced. Flask is actively used these days.

Maybe flask isnt bad that bad. I remember working with a pylons app back in the day served from uWSGI and reverse proxied behind nginx. Coming from php, that shit took way too long to get working.

I've used cherrypy, which I like. Ymmv though.
