Contact your provider, I did and they gave me 4gb extra for that month ... Which they forgot to remove now leaving me with 12gb

I was was working from home when connection went down. I started using my phone and when my son came back from school I had forgotten about it. He watched a couple hours of HD YouTube. Lucky me my plan just goes down in speed once you spend your allotted MB, so I didn't get without connection. But it was like being back to WAP when I was on the go for the rest of the month.
