If the app doesn't respond to the status request in a timely manner it will appear unresponsive in Task Manager even if the UI is working.

Expand the process tree to see the subprocesses that it created. Maybe only one of them is not responding and it's flagging the whole parent process as non responsive?

@alcatraz627 Oh boy should've seen mine then. The roads are all rickety, random roundabouts everywhere and elevated highways going seemingly everywhere (because it made sense at the time). This is known as a soulful city.
