Man I have the same problem, I've tried too but it doesn't work. Am I missing something? Something like my brain? 😁

I don't know about you guys but I tried printing mp4, wav and even an avi file - it won't print that too.

Turning my computer on and off did nothing to solve this issue like the IT support said it should...

After asking my friend I bought a new iPad to replace my windows laptop to solve this but now I can't even see the printer anymore, I was told you are working as a programmer in this company - pls halp me 😅
