@M1sf3t Trying our different font alphabets. These ones are trickier for me to wrap my head around spacing-wise, for sure.

@pxeger I always used to say that Lambda is great if you’re the kind of person who’s good at self-advocating (no matter how your classmates seem to be understanding the material, being willing to express when you’re confused/lost) and willing to put in a lot of work in addition to what’s been assigned. At least when I went through, they didn’t do a good job of communicating to students that not everyone was a code newbie — it was only halfway through the program that I realized the most vocal people in my cohort had been working as software developers before attending Lambda). That being said, the curriculum has changed so much since I went through that I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it anymore. Some of what I felt was the most challenging and rewarding part of the program are no longer part of it — they don’t teach C anymore, for example.
