Not sure how worried slack should be. Their funding is set, and they're immensely popular. Also most ms products aren't that good until the v3.

I really, really dislike Slack as a company. I thought this letter was pretty obnoxious.

I love the part that goes "we don't go above and beyond (to deliver good shit), it's who we are" I love slack and the product itself has ushered in a new corporate culture to some companies.
