well to be fair, the principle of stackoVerflow is to provide good q& A, If that guy cou'ldnt answer your question, at least he did what he could to help making your question more klear.

They're widening your audience by improving readability. For some people poorly written text is a distraction.

I mean, he didn't alter the question in any negative way, and I kind of agree with most of his edits (bad capitalization and whitespacing are very itchy to the brain).
Your irritation comes from the fact that he interacted with your question without providing an answer (probably because he didn't have it). Try thinking about that
