Check out quasar (a Vue framework)
Full disclosure I'm on the quasar team :) it's awesome -
@codenameszjames is it me or is there no difference between the apple showcase and the material one?
-
@Codex404 there is a difference in v0.17 but in 1.0 there is only mat design.
-
@JhonDoe haha yeah.. but seriously best thing since sliced bread can't imagine creating another app or even website without it
-
JhonDoe28186y@codenameszjames gotcha my man :) I think I'll try it when I go into learning vue, very soon I hope
-
@codenameszjames personally I hate these frameworks. I want to do my components and styling from scratch. Ok, its quick to set something up, but as soon as one needs to change something it is easier to remake it than to try overwriting the framework.
-
@Codex404 I have that problem too but the creator of quasar is a masterful front end developer and I find it pretty simple to override the styles in most cases.
Granite you do lose some control but the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience. -
I keep going back and forth with Vue and React. I've used Vue for my previous startup job and it was such a simply and great framework. I find myself wanting to learn React now since most companies use React.
Glad you like Vue, the 2 way bindings are amazing
