Aggressively apply for every single gig even if it's out of your expertise/language, ask for embarrassingly absurd amounts of money, and eventually say yes to the first offer that sounds realistic.
Asking for absurd amounts of money is key. It means only serious inquiries will respond, their request will likely be something you're unfamiliar with (and will take you awhile to research), but since they're showering you with diamond yachts it's well worth the extra effort. ;) -
