Asked client for a PNG of their logo. Client sends png with a white background -.-

    just use photoshop and delete background

    don't ask for vector, they might draw a vector square for each bitmap pixel.

    Could have been worse, it could have been pasted into a Word document and be a letterhead.

    @uziiuzair that sounds like the kind of thing that used to happen to me when I worked in schools. Some crappy low-res BMP and they'd want it on their website.

    I've been this, I asked for a copy of a transparent background. Guess what, I've got the same white background png again arrived to my inbox. Like wow how the fuck.

    Then he told me he did a file convert from jpg to png during the upload.

    First to have transparent PNG images. People can convert jpg to png online from supplier: https://jpg4png.com/ This is one of my favorite gadgets and everyday use.
