I see a lot of awesome "I got the internship! 🙂🙂🙂" Or "I got the job! 😆😆😆" which makes me super happy and I wanted to be one of those people that got to celebrate on DevRant someday :)

Unfortunately, I was just one slot away from being selected from the internship I really wanted this summer (4th out of 50. 3 positions). But I'm not going to get my hopes up. Gonna interview next year, complete some more side projects, learn more languages, and come back as a better developer 😎😎😎

    Ya see a lot of congrats because most people have had their share of exactly what you just experienced! Is why it's awesome to see when people get in

    Similar to my summer except the pool wasn't quite that large haha

    @electrineer lol yeah guess I didn't clarify. I have a fullstack remote job in college right now but all the CS Internships in town just filled up for this year
