When is VS2019 planned/rumored to be released?

The preview was supposed to be online a few days ago so I assume the RC will be there in like a couple of months (approximately 3/4 months)
So in about half a year there will be a "stable" build

Vs Has 6 weeks sprints ( same as xamarin) and they intend to release Vs 2019 in spring along with XF 4.0. Right now you can install '19 preview.
