And then you get asked for "verification"

    What do you mean, saved?

@BordedDev I passed that stage... Account is already verified... But was at the risk of being closed because of no activity since a long time

@Lensflare Google is closing dormant accounts... I had to do an acitivty... the easiest one was to publish a simple app :-D

Yeah, I never bothered with their BS verification, they wanted to do at some random time and then cancelled, way too much effort for something I don't use. Nevermind that it had apps that got copyright strikes (which were retracted) that I'd prefer to delete but google be stupid. Before then I think I literally just uploaded the blank app template

@BordedDev Apple sometimes behaves like nazis about app store submissions, but at least you can’t say that they don’t give a shit about what is uploaded to their app store. Google on the other hand… doesn’t even bother if the uploaded app is a fucking template.

@Lensflare Yup but will continuously scan to see if it contains copyright afterwards. But I didn't publish, just uploading to the test stage was enough so they never actually looked at it

Instead of slopping the market with my GoochGPT, I just let my account die (I purchased the developer license for $20 when I was like 14 years old, centuries ago now)
