It's just call the weight of living. You'll eventually get out of your rut.
I once sold everything, quit my job and owned only two backpack for 11 months, living out of hostels:

Years later I did 5 months living out of my car driving across the country. I think I got all of that out of my system though.
I think it helped give me perspective. -
W/ a high Degree Of Certainty I can tell that you can't solve this one: https://devrant.molodetz.nl/preview... .

glowFX15114hSame here. I think it's related to the abusive dopamine kicks I was drawn into. In my case that are YT Shorts, but there are a lot more of these kind of media (TikTok, Instagram, ... and of course P0rn).
Trying to get sober again, but it's hard. That stuff is a nasty drug. -
glowFX15111hOh, one more thing just came to my mind:
Around a year ago I head serious issues with sleep and concentration. Tried alcohol before sleeping, but it got worse. Turns out, a lack of Magnesium (caused by stress and alcohol) was causing bad sleep and yes, alcohol is draining the Magnesia level even more.
Supplementing it is not dangerous, however you should also take care of iron (which is suppressed by Magnesia) - a lack iron also causes fatigue.
By the way, an extended blood test should show your actual levels of those substances.
I work in IT, and lately it has been very difficult to concentrate. I am constantly distracted, get tired quickly, and notice that my productivity is declining. Coffee no longer helps, and energy drinks only make things worse. Are there any services that can really tell me what is wrong with my body?
