Another fucking rant about my fucking goldfish brain.

At meetings, I usually note down things I need to fix, to do on the sticky note pad that comes with the OS, currently Mint.

I sat at my desk.
Looked at my notes.
Decided to properly put them as tasks on trello.
I copied all notes, planning to paste it on a trello card quickly.
Then I can just work on trello and separate into different tasks.
Connection issue.
Ethernet said connected but websites are not showing up.
Maybe restart will fix since I haven't opened any app and started working anyway.
Reboot.
Internet works.
Yayyy.
Trello showed up.
Yayyy.

    Not copied.

    @kLue exactly. :(

I have this stupid urge to delete anything I might not need. I even close all browser tabs after I am done with it.

Good thing I'm too paranoid for something like this to happen to me. If something I put into a text field on a website takes longer than a second to send, I press Ctrl+A Ctrl+C. Or when I write a text at least about as long as this one, I do it every few minutes. And if I then do anything else, I paste it into Notepad++ or Notepadqq first (which automatically saves to disk every second). Sometimes I have three different Notepad++ documents with just miscellaneous notes, not including regular text files I need for some currently running project.

If you used a clipboard manager, you wouldn't have lost the data. I cannot recommend CopyQ enough.

@bahua Of course, that too. But if a system is very new, I don't have a clipboard manager yet. And if I do a lot of things, it can take a while to find the entries I need.
