The demon core? Two plutonium spheres with critical mass that were held apart by a screwdriver and the sciencist droped one on top of the second one and everybody got 100x the lethal dose of rads?
And after the accident THEY DID IT AGAIN?
It is like pushing to prod on friday without testing and rewriting everything to other language beforehand... -
