It's business unfriendly. You can't use it in closed source software. Therefore you can't use it in most companies or in general, if you don't want to make your code (and product) publicly available.
All software derived from GPL-licensed code must in turn be licensed under the GPL.
That's the reason why even Linus Tovalds hates GPLv3. Linux still uses GPLv2. -

If you want to make Money with your Software, pay Qt.
If you want to make a free project, At is free.

code should be open, your product isn't the code it's everything you do around the code.
