how many ppl here creates an er diagram before starting an app

    I tend to create high level ER diagrams at the start and then break them down into more granular entities to help me break down functionality and expose hidden relationship that were not apparent at first inspection.

    I dont but it would save me a lot of time if i did. wish i did it more

    I used to do it but now i plan to follow domian driven design DDD which seems to me a better approach for large projects

    Not me. Too much work, never found them much helpfull and everything changes all the time so they would be obsolete quickly.
