@edisonn that the back cover off and give it a clean. mine was full of dust and shit the first time so I make sure to do every now and then. also download smc fan control. Apple programmed mac to turn the fans up when the heat is already damaging. I turn them up when I'm doing video editing or its Hot (Australia)
