Thinking about this… spamming exists because it works, apparently.
And it only works if there are people who see the spam and are not disgusted and instead are actually engaging in the product/service from the ad spam.

And the mere thought of such people existing just blows my naive mind.

@Lensflare no when retoor lured the spammer guy out from the shadows he came on here and explained what he was doing cuz we were all wondering

he's just using this website as SEO for those websites to boost their back links (I assume, cuz I know what backlink farming is but he didn't go into those details), this means basically someone on Fiverr hires him to boost search results for a business so he makes spam accounts on various websites that get indexed by the Google spiderbot and because the google spiderbot sees these "ads" here then those search results for those businesses show up higher when an individual is googling for related content in their region
