DewWisp7297y@PrivateGER, sed is super useful, however, unlike grep, it doesn't support PCRE (as a Perl programmer this is a very important feature to me) and only supports Basic & Extended POSIX RegEx. Whereas grep supports both of the aforementioned RegEx standards, as well as PCRE with the -P flag.
