@intromatt I once logged in in another country and they blocked my account for a ducking month. Yed, I've got two factor enabled and even went through that.

I have used PayPal in 42 countries from my laptop and tablet. I have an EU (Euro account in BG) account and a Canadian (CAD) account and use both daily. Vietnamese village to Serbia to Vancouver... PayPal has been absolutely bulletproof. @linuxxx

2 factor wouldn't have anything to do with them blocking your account. Doing questionable things, would. @linuxxx

@intromatt Paying for a domain name and a hosting package (monthly payment) would be normal i'd say.
