Try putting a rubber band between the head and the screw driver. Or press the screw driver hard against the head carefully. It might cut the grass a little and provide some grip!

2 things that might work: 1. make a small incision in the screw head with a dremel tool, thus making it a flat headed screw. 2. glue the screwdriver head with superglue tot the damaged screw head...
