    Never.

    I'd rather do it for free. At least, in that case, I could respect myself.

    @leanrob I agree with you

    I get paid $13 USD. Fml

    We’re cheap labor

    Probably a bad idea to take them up on it. But then again, I've written code in exchange for lunch on many occasions... 😐

    @UnderpaidNYC it’s pretty sad

    I get paid about 2.5$/hour as a js, node developer, just because I'm a student.

    I suppose it depends on if you have experience or not. My first job was well below minimum wage, but it got my foot in the door. Just don't stay too long.

    If it's an internship, it's fine. Otherwise, you're free to find another one...

    You can't believe how low you can get. One day i will write a rant about it

    "no"

    There's easier jobs that pay more than minimum wage, and many, many more employers that do too.

    Shit, ill happily code for minimum wage because at least then ill actually enjoy what i would be doing

    With minimum wage raising in my country, it's depressing to know that people that have worked hard to build their skills in their field will be paid the same as a student working at McDonalds for just over a month.

    minimum wage = maximum bugs
    maximum wage = no bugs

    Currently working like that...
    Came here because literally no one wants a junior, so I'm here for experience... Currently searching for a normal job :/

    For minimum wage I would only code you the bugs and omit all the features.
