My time as a Dev have given me deep mistrust of the following words;

Just
simple
Quick
Easy

Any requirements, specs or feature files presented with the above words should immediately be deleted and/or burned if in hard copy.

I even lost trust in myself when i say this bug will take 5 minutes to be solved. I end up stuck in a long maze

I have begun requiring the avoidance of "narrative descriptions" in Jira. Other than a paragraph explaining context, I don't want to see anything that's not bullet points.

Bullet points, people! If you can't put it in bullet points, it ain't gettin' done.
