@daniello I use WordPress daily at work. I'm not fond of it, but it pays the bills.

When i do freelance client work I use Kirby CMS. Runs on PHP. Content is saved in flat files, no database. Super easy to get running and it's super well written. Both the code and the docs.

I've never done nothing with WordPress, but I'm considering learning it to make some easy money.
