My Teamleader is such a dick, he has mental and isn't able to act as a normal human being. The year started with his disappointment that we didn't worked for the company during the holidays! Sorry, but my family has higher priority than the company, especially during the jolly days, you lonely nerd without any interest beside sitting in front of your computer all day long.
He managed to get me thinking about moving to another company. I need the harmony in the team and won't fight every single fucking day. I noticed that I get very nervous when he enters the room. Everyone in the team is hating to discuss things with him because he knows it better.
The problem is that we're a small team with big responsibilities for each developer. Loosing one team member is quite hard to compensate.
Should I still try move? I guess the harmony with all your teammates is evenly important as it's in a good relationship, right?

    Talk to his boss about it. If he won't care, get out. Mental health >> any job.

    @CodeNoir thank you for your support. Here lies another problem: without the Teamleader as developer the product would die.. Aaand because this person is so import the boss wouldn't care. I guess we drove too long in the wrong direction to correct the problem.

    @SeriousM but still, did you try talking to the TL's boss about it? Tell him how his behavior affects you and the team. No one is this critical and more important than the whole team. If one person leaves, more may follow. I doubt they'd want this even if the TL is an absolute rockstar. Also, they don't really have to fire him. They can get him to correct his behavior. Maybe he doesn't realize the damage he does.
