No. Putty is pretty much the best on Windows. Kitty was alright, don't know if it's maintened anymore though.

Cmder is nice, pretty and all and an easy way to get mingw binaries. But it's like lipstick in a pig. It runs things on a hidden window and copies the output to the pretty one. And is sluggish :/

Use a subsystem on windows and then terminal if you can't do this bitvise is what I personally use at work, use your default terminal if you're on Linux.
