What do you you think about a full remote consulting dev team organized as a cooperative ? Have you some experiences to share ? Is it viable alternative to freelancing ?

I like the idea of cooperation. I’d like it even more if we could all pool our projects and get help from those who can when required.

I would like to remain point on my current projects. In addition it would be cool if we still had he freedom to choose what we worked on.

I've tried assembling a distributed team before. The thorniest issue we couldn't solve (and the cause of the breakup) was cash management.
