Whoever decided that mobile video players should not have a seekbar... I don't know what to tell you.

    Same with bullshit of not having seek bar in youtube shorts. Or a damn VOLUME.

    an absence of a feature is a feature for the business because your consumers have no choice

    @Demolishun you do have a seek bar, at least in the mobile app, you just have to pause the video to see it

    I like seek bars, they're just not a replacement for precise jump buttons

    @lorentz maybe that is the issue. I only youtube on browser. I think my big issue was volume though. Like it would destroy my ears. There was a dude I used to follow but he was only shorts anymore. So I stopped following him after format change.

    @Demolishun don't you adjust system volume, though? I never touch player volume unless I'm listening to multiple sources at the same time, which is very rare. And I would use the system mixer even in that case.

    @electrineer every program I have wants to play at a different volume. Some videos are louder than others too. For regular youtube videos I am always tweaking the video volume.
