it's like anthropic wants to advertise for people to use their AI to sow chaos in the world. they are doing a deal with Amazon which had CIA funding historically

People don't like the intelligence argument because it suggests that most agents are idiots but it's true; if you want to build a nuke you need thousands of very smart people. Since most of those people are probably smarter than their security detail and most of them have the capacity to think about ethics, there will be a couple who actually realize the risks and leak at the very least the progress of the project to your enemies, so no one can really have a surprise-nuke

That and the very expensive and hazardous materials that have to be mined and transported in secret, but AI can't really help this either
