Atom and Visual Studio Code afaik

Cloud9.io , i've used it for my computer science group projects where we are all working in the same project at the same time and it has all the features you could ask for (integrated linux terminal, git integration, debugger, file history, and much more). Also, it has recently been added to AWS. Look it up, it may just been what you need
