I tried but they said only people gave us vote can call.

Not from the US so won't be able to do much :/

Even if it's 'only' in the US the politicians of the other countries will see that a lot of people care about net neutrality. If we support the US citizens in the best way we can, it'll hopefully influence them in a way such we don't even have to debate the topic.
TL;DR: Spread the word

It's only for US but imagine it will have a knock on effect if they are allowed to get away with it.
