How do you get jobs? What do you think of it so far? Is it a better employment scheme than part time for example?

Derwaan4377y@cyberlord64 First client was a friend of mine. then I got contacts from friends and family who heard about potential clients that need an application. Or like today a client that want a NAS to be installed in his office. A good social contact is a good point in order to keep your clients and to get your clients talking about you ;-)

@Derwaan *... a developer who HOPES to get paid for his job. 😉
Some clients are not serious about paying. Don't forget to get at least a third of the sum in advance. -
Derwaan4377y@PonySlaystation Good idea ! But I made clear bill (if this is the correct term in English) with sales agreement that prevent this kind of behavior
-
@Derwaan Ok at least that...
but trust me, if a client doesn't want to pay it's going to be a long way until you finally get your money by legal force.
Been there, done that.
Some clients are even so deep in depts, you won't ever receive your money at all...
If there is mutual trust, the client should be willing to pay a consierable part in advance. It is a financial security for you and this way the client knows you already got a part of you money so you should be even more willing to do the job properly. 😉
(just my point of view)
