My case is the bosses, they have everything to make their business great but they refuse to evolve, so they lose clients and we have to work on dumb shit all day

It's the work and the people to an extent. The application they've built here is shit to work on, with zero documentation. The tools they've built to help are more hassle than they're worth, and any suggestions for improvements are shunned. It's a pain to work here as a new member of the team, and the long standing members don't see the issues

@linux-colonel I hear you, brother. I work in a place that uses whatever crappy CMS that is got for client sites, nothing is innovated, and the business isn't all that great on letting there devs work on innovative products.
