got my left bicep bone fractured from srm wrestling. dude just took my hand and half bicep bone away with him. what a happy new year 2024.

and just few hours ago, i was having death thoughts just because my parents were not allowing me to take car to work on a foggy morning.

This happened to my classmate once. It was the last day he could willingly control his hand. Ever since it's just hanging there.

It used to be awkward to hello-shake his hand

since then I no longer do arm wrestling. Not once.

Never imagined arm wrestling can lead to such serious injury.
A guy I know got half his face paralized for good while his karate instructor showed him some moves because he received a couple of blows to the neck.
Never realized we're so frail as a species.
