That is an Excellent Point @SSDD; I wanted to start a conversion with people here rather than rant at people. most of the people are really clever socially.
@shozukan I am just trying to power through and get on; because I had been there one year 11 months, there was very little that can be done (GMB). Yes, I do have dirt, but if I do that the only people I will be damaging are the 'floor developers' who work hard, the clients especially the people I collaborated with as it may damage their businesses and me. When asked about it I will to about general stuff, but I did learn a lot from these guys on what to do I am grateful for holding the position. -
The more the merrier it can only help but put it on at the end or mention it in conversions with recruiters

I felt the same way when I first started at my job and I code in a language called ColdFusion which is pension by any comparable standards, if you're really unhappy with your current job start looking for another one but all the time while you're working your building experience and valuable experience because you'll be able to work under a tough to tight deadlines. -
What languages do you know ?
-
What country are you in ?

Super tests are cool but it depends on what your doing
