Open Office floorplan noise

We have a saying in the Netherlands: "You have no, you can get yes."
We changed the saying in our team:
"You have yes, you will get no eventually."
Because even if stuff gets approved by 3 managers... in comes the 4th to unapprove and block everything...

Our management just won't get what UX is, they call us User Experience Developers building User Experience applications with User Experience frameworks (meaning, Angular). FFUUUU, I'm a webdeveloper. YOU_DONT_DEVELOP_UX.... Just because angular looks better than the standard Oracle Crap doesn't make it UX. >.>

Mom is proud. My sister thinks I am a huge nerd. Dad is jealous because he would have done CS but it didn't really exist when he went to college. My grandparents think I can fix everything now (like resetting their facebook!password :D )

Stop f*cking calling me minority or part of a underrepresented group. Yeah I noticed I am one of the only women on a conference. I DONT CARE, I AM A PROGRAMMER NOT A SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE. Hire me for my work, not because you want you company to be more diverse.

Until i get myself an actual sticker this will have to do...

I'm a developer, what have i been doind at my job the past weeks.TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO F*CKING FIX THE TEST ENVIRONMENT, SERVICES AND GIVE ME SOME PROPER TESTDATA, I cannot even test the stuff we need to replace because THERE IS NO WORKING TESTDATA AND NOBODY FEELS RESPONSIBLE TO HELP ME. Then how the hell am I supposed to rebuild this stuff if I don't know how it is working now >:(

Spending over an hour trying to implement module X wondering why it doesn't work. Then see there is a deprecated/defunt/broken statement at the page of module X
