If there was not enough work why did they hire you for 3 months and then realize it 😞

results798y@Jumpshot44 they had a lot of development work, but they overestimated my skills (and the president of the company admitted that) and I couldn't do any of what they asked, because the work they were assigning me (an entry level developer with 6 six years of self taught and college learning) was beyond my level, and was bordering senior level work

results798yWhen I entered, the asked me to learn a brand new cms, knockout.js, and .NET. On top of this all, they also asked me to style all of their front end work, whilst learning what they asked of me. I asked them, out of pure curiosity, if they minded if I learned outside of work, and they told me not to worry about because they would teach me. it never happened.
so, about a month ago I signed a contract with a company for three months of work. they've asked for 40 man hours a week, and required that I be in the office. today, they let me go because my "skills were not up to their expectations" and, "there wasn't enough work,".
