Anybody hear about this Q* algorithm that was leaked out of OpenAI?

Insiders at OpenAI say it will eventually be so powerful that it could be a threat to humanity.
My take: the only threat to humanity are humans themselves. The more we as humans give AI control over our machines, the more we put ourselves at risk.
And as far as I can see, we’re diving head first in that direction in the name of pRodUCTivitY

is it q-learning plus A* glued together?

I don’t think we are capable of inventing AGI by ourselves.

Same with living on Mars and space exploration.

Those are just billionaires buzzwords so people feel entertained and can be ripped of from money.
