-rufus
-anything unix based

*some programs like adobe illustrator are the reason I'm using windows

task manager, restart explorer.exe

@balte I'm pretty sure Windows Explorer is the only application that has a dedicated restart button in Task Manager, it's like M$ gave up on fixing it and just decided to have a restart option.
