Anyone have any experience with organising hackathons from the very start? I'm part of the Google developer group for my city and am a co organizer with a friend. We're not planning on one this year but we would definitely like to organize one for next year. Could anyone give some tips on how I could perhaps finesse sponsors into participating? 😁
