This is a thing I love about my job. You can solve something really easily for someone through simple instructions or a simple guide and those people praise you into heaven and are so thankful.

How something so simple can make someone's day, that makes my day.

    Haha, reminds me when someone desperatly came to me for help because nothing worked. I typed some git commands into the terminal and then, magically, pushing worked. You cant believe how much they worshipped me afterwards for basically nothing 😊

    Exactly. I too often get caught in optimization of the backend stuff. Things most people will never notice.

    If it's installing a printer, taking my time to guide someone through a process or simply clearing the thumbnail cache. Some users are just so graceful.
