@lotd it was mainly when the ticket inspector + two train officers walked by, I don't want to be kicked off the train by a paranoid numpty

Then they can't just kick you off like that.
If they do, it's pretty simple.
You note the train, time and station then file a complaint and a refund request.
Additionally social media has a lot of power, if you write about how shitty you were treated on their page plus give them a shitty rating on something like trustpilot with a ss on the post..
That should be enough to make them sorry...

@lotd you're right, but I opted for the easier route, don't want to deal with shit at 8am, plus natural light on the train means it was easier on the eyes.
