What do you do and why?
1. Keep an idea for yourself, so no one is going to steal it.

2. Talk to as many people as possible to get as much feedback and opinions as possible.

I personally prefer 2.

    I try to practice open innovation as often as possible. But if my ideas are ready to be worked on, I'm a bit more cautious.

    Speaking of every idea to every person i know, maybe they will help me / do it for me
    I am fucking lazy :/

    If your idea is revolutionary, and you don't want other companies making money off it, then definitely #1.

    Otherwise, #2. 😎
