@xxxx if you want your privacy towards other people or user you can do that but you can't hide it from that social platform, they occasionally take backup and stuff. Last thing, it's gonna be a huge pain in the ass trying to remember where have you used your photo and where not.

CWins48117yThere's a difference between your photo and private photos. For some career choices it makes sense to built a public profile, including photo.
If not, it's just your decision if you want to be present as a person. I don't have social media with pictures of myself because i would not benefit from it.

Not a rant, but a concern: should I make a bigger effort to take my picture off as many public places as possible on the Internet? I already use avatars for FB and Twitter profile pictures (share photos only in private). Or am I being paranoid? What do you do about it?
