My manager is a "Yes" man, he says "yes" although we don't actually have the capacity.

I worked under a lead developer for two weeks many years ago.

His portfolio was Microsoft examples, and his only answer to management was yes two weeks, I went from working 8 hour days to working 15-20 hour days hence I only worked under him for two weeks
