Am I wrong if I say that I'm fed up with working for startups and that I don't want to go back for a long time. Feeling so good now!

@Nanos Sure, Of course, I was getting paid, but at two of them, it was quite good. Although I learned a lot, not only about software development but also about how the whole venture capital thing works. It doesn't compensate for the stress, the disorganization, and the sudden changes. I think that's what mainly wore me out.

How can an opinion or a feeling be "wrong"?

@Nanos Sure, I believe that the most important thing is not just doing what you're asked to do. I used to tell the junior members on my team that we hired them as professionals because we believe in their knowledge and ideas. If they only stick to doing what they're told, it could indicate that something is amiss, but I would still appreciate it. I think someone who suggests a better path is valued more. Moreover, when you create things, think not only about how it might change but also how you might need to scale that functionality. So, solve for the present, but also consider how it could adapt for the future.

You're exactly in my wheelhouse. I have only got startup experience for about 7 years. I can't say whether your feelings are wrong, but I love it.

I've been able to create multiple sources of income because of my flexibility and my network that I created. If at this point I get asked to work in an MNC I'd reject it.

I'd rather stay at home, work with 5 clients and get paid from 5 sources. I'll never have to deal with an email that says that my position isn't required anymore and im laid off because of some recession and all my accesses are taken away overnight.
