The most common one for us is plastic body phones with a pressure crack dead centre. Fuckers putting their phone in their skinny jeans and snapping them clean in half.

Been there, done that... one user managed to jam two sims into an iPhone. Had to pop the screen and shove them out. I’ll see if I still have the pictures.
