lotd79228yyeah, because.. logic?
but i guess to some extend, it would be possible to generate CSS from a PSD.. though i think GIMP has the greater potential for such.. -
results798ythere is actually a plug in for photoshop to translate what you want into CSS. I can't think of it at the moment, but it costs $20
-
lotd79228yquick google search returned a plugin on github from 2012, gimp-export-layers-to-css..
now thats quite old but none the less, probably does much of the trick (have not tested).
given its a python script you probably want to add executable flag by chmod +x command .. :)
not sure if needed on windows though. -
did you know that the adobe creative cloud runs on node.js?
heres an article about that

results798ywell, nevermind. I described wrong. the thing I was talking about is (photoshop html block) and it renders your css/html in photoshop.
-
results798ythe website is bg-d.net/htmlblock/
if your interested. there is a free download. what I was thinking of was turning the photoshop and sketch files into interactive prototypes -
Photoshop has had CSS style exports for quite some time now. There's even a new spinoff Adobe UI software.
